dsc00001.jpg This is a really old roof rack off of an 88 landcruiser , the cruiser's body is a lot longer than the broncos, so the roof rack is longer. I'm going to cut it back 19 inches and take out the center circle so it will look flush and natural but will be shorter. It seems to be the perfect width. I already removed the factory mounting brackets, and I'm going to make my own. I'm judging on whether to use metal, or some form of spacer comprised of pvc pipe and a rubber stopper bolted into the roof. The reason for this is incase I hit anything with the roof rack only the bolts will rip out rather than the whole top ripping off. My dad will not allow me to put a spare tire on top, he thinks the bronco will be far too top heavy. I still plan to mount lights, shovels, hi lift, etc. Feel free to give me any suggestions at adfplayer on aim.
