I found some of these old brackets in my garage, they seem to fit perfect. I bought some 3/8 barstock and bent it around the top bar of the rack, it goes through that plate and bolts on. I drilled a hole trhough the bottom of the plate and thats where the lights mount. This is the pencil beam mounted, I will still have to mount the other two.
