After a few hundred miles, I dropped the pan, changed the filter & gasket (it was leaking), and added a Dorman HELP! 65128 drain plug kit to the pan. In addition to the supplied nylon washer, I sealed around the drain with 25224 RightStuff (same as 82180 UltraBlack), and I used a chisel to lock the nut to the tube.
