snap-location-marking-(1).jpg To accurately place the snaps on the side and rear rail, I secured the top on the bows and snapped fully to the cab so that it would be in position. I then marked the first snap on each side, drilled the hole, and mounted the snap. I moved from front to back down each side. To mark the location of the snap, I used a sharpie marker to color the back of the snap on the cover, pulled the cover tight and pressed the snap against the aluminum. This left a ring of marker on the aluminum where the snap should go. I simply drilled the center of this ring and mounted the snap.
