remove_bearings.jpg Slide hammer at work.  I rented this one from Adavance Auto in my town.  Great store.  Only go there.  I had to pay the full price of the tool, but you get it all back.  If you only want to pull out the oil seal, use the hook (on pan, going through the old seal).  If you' re going to replace both the seal and bearing, use the end that looks like a rocker on your engine.  Pulls both right out.  Pull off the brakes and clean the backing plate well with brake cleaner
