Follow the on-screen instructions. If the application doesn't start, run it from the desktop or START menu. The source disk MUST be in the same drive it was installed from for the application to find the data.
Getting these disks to run under Win7 or later requires some extra steps, and someone else is working on compiling those instructions. I don't know about Linux or other OSs.
