After a few hours digging with the tractor & a few shovels, we got the first pipe buried & ~6" of dirt on it. I took my truck across & back on the skinny highway tires without much trouble, but the next truck (on A/Ts) didn't make it. He had to back down & be winched sideways back onto the trail. Twice. ;-) But I'm sure he'll make it next time.
