Supercharged S55 Marauder.
Mechanically, same motor with a Roush/Eaton supercharger that creates 5lb boost. and supposedly produces 345HP & 345 ft-lbs, a Visteon 3.27 limited-slip axle, Roush calibrated and upgraded 4R tranny, traction control, etc.
