squared.jpg I was pretty happy with how it came out. But after driving it for a week, I realized I had cut the slot at the wrong angle and the metal was wearing. When it's made at a factory, the punching process work-hardens the steel around the edge, but my filing process hadn't done that, so the hole was slowly rounding. All that effort was wasted.
