img_1236.jpg The Four screws [2 on each side of the regulator shaft] hold the regulator to the door, the Fifth screw at the top is what holds the division bar. Remove the 4 screws for the regulator. Keep one arm inside the door to hold the regulator when you finally release it. I had trouble removing the regulator until I got the division bar loose, too, so it takes some patience and wiggling to get it to come out. Just take your time and don't get frustrated.
