diffleak17b.jpg I put a thick bead of RightStuff on the axle housing (after tightening & threadlocking the drain plug kit) and installed the chunk & d'shaft.  I'm letting it cure overnight before putting the axles & oil in.  The recommended break-in is to warm it up on the jackstands, let it cool, then warm it up on the road at low speed.
