visor11.jpg After fitting the outboard tab into its slot, I folded the cover around the frame, worked it under the inboard lip, and then aligned the edges as I pressed the beads of E6000 together.

I tried using 2 magnetic tool holders to press the edge tight while the glue dried, but they didn't work.  Finally, I realized the WorkMate clamp table I was using was built to do this, and I set it into the slot for ~1hr.  Two smaller chip clips held the outboard edge.
