08mufflange.jpg Since this '96-Bronco-only flange is so rare, it's not available from any exhaust parts supplier, or any parts store, or Ford.  Neither is the gasket.  So to use the '96 muffler & tailpipe that I've had in the junkpile for about 6 years, I had to make my own flange, and then weld it to the Y-pipe myself.  I couldn't have bought a Y-pipe with the flange because no '96 Bronco was offered with the 4.9L, and if it had, it would have had different oxygen sensor bungs than what my '95 non-MAF engine uses.
