At this very moment I'm not sure what i am going to do. My new truck is an 88 even it being 7 years older has a rust free front end. An unfortunately i really do not like that design of grill and headlamps. Now my 95 with all it's rust problems, has very little rust on the fenders (easy repair) but as you will see, the Radiator core support is rusted out & not worth salvaging. But a couple of $$ a new Radiator core support can be had and I can swap the entire front clip from my 95 to the 88. IF i feel like it, I'm going to wait till it all pans out before i make a decision.
I have found over the years, the trick to big projects like this one, is take the biggest chunk off that you can at a time. Don't get carried away piece by piece, IF you don't have too.
If you can tell with this picture or not, i have removed everything that connects to the front clip to the firewall or to the engine. The only thing i have actually removed off the bronco, is the battery, radiator & the emission canister.
