altl4.jpg As a test, I moved my stock alternator to the optional location, and it bolts  up. I just need some bracketry, an [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002E54VSG]idler pulley w/spacer & bolt[/url], a longer belt, some wiring, and another alternator.  I don't know how critical the hose hanger is, but I'll probably make one.

***UPDATE***

After everything was installed & working, I found that the hose hook would be dangerously close to the output stud, so I decided NOT to install a metal one.  I might add a plastic hanger strap later, but it doesn't seem necessary.
