34rainguides.jpg Since rain leaks are common even when the factory sealer around the heater core nipples hasn't been disturbed, I added these foam weatherstrips to direct rain away from the hole in the firewall.

The screw below the blue pointers is for the firewall-to-intake RFI ground strap.  The other ring attached there now is the new trunk ground that runs around the engine bay, linking the body tub to each of the factory ground points.  It hits the primary ground on the R fender near the battery, then the L core support, a new screw in the L fender, and the factory screw in the L cowl horn for the EEC.  Since it hits the body tub in 2 places, it also serves all the internal body grounds, all the way back to the defroster ground in the L taillight well.

The cowl-to-hood seal is E7TZ1502824A.
