3rd row seat belt anchor points, one on each side. non-threated make sure you have the OEM bolts to threat by hand, take it slow and make sure it is centered. The metal will threat as if it was factory installed.

remove this bar prior to installed any center console. the bar and bolts are trash, never used anywhere else.
